About the event
Join us July 19th at 6 PM for a high end tasting menu prepared by Culinary Institute of American student Chet Zach Meshanko. The dinner will be accompanied by a curated wine pairing. With produce straight from the fields of our farm, this Sunlit Supper will beautifully tie together our three pillars of farming, education and food justice. Our connection to the chef formed from the mentoring of interns from the CIA by our tarm team, these chefs have helped to grow all of the produce we'll provide for the menu. This experience on the farm lead to a deeper connection and desire to support our food justice initiatives. On July 19th you can be a part of this collaboration and delicious meal!
