Year-round Programming at Phillies Bridge Farm Project
For more information about any of our educational programs please reach out to education@philliesbridge.org

Field Trips
Field trips typically include a welcoming discussion to learn about what food justice and sustainable agriculture means, a rotation through stations learning about different concepts, a tour of the farm or walk through our nature trail, and a creative nature project. We are happy to host learners of all ages from kindergarten through higher ed. Fields trips are typically 1-4 hours depending on the school's schedule and the students' ages. If you have a particular topic you would like to study on the farm, please let us know! We are happy to accommodate and have a variety of lessons available. Please contact our education director to set up your field trip or for more information!
Adult and Family Workshops
We aim to host monthly classes and workshops for learners of all ages. Whether it's an introduction course to food preservation, a bird walk, or a community pot luck, there's always something happening at the farm. To see what's going on, check out our schedule of events.
We are also happy to accommodate private learning events such as tours and birthday parties. Reach out to education@philliesbridge.org for more information .

Mentorship
From its founding Phillies Bridge Farm Project has always focused on being a teaching farm. We love extending that through internships and independent studies for high school and college students. We are happy to work with your institution to figure out a curriculum and process that fits your specific requirements. Please email jobs@philliesbridge.org for more information.
If you are an aspiring farmer looking to learn more about the world of sustainable agriculture, check out our farm and education apprenticeships!
Weekend Camps
This Spring we're extremely excited to offer a weekend camp for children in grades 3-5. The camp will be on April 25 and 26, from 9am to 3pm. Over the course of the weekend campers will help prep seeds for our summer education garden, spend time with the chickens, explore nature, participate in a collective art project, learn scouting basics and generally have fun at the farm!
Since this is our first weekend camp, we are for now limiting it to families that have already been to farm camp. We need a minimum of 4 kids for the program to run, and are currently anticipating a cap of 8. If there is enough interest, we will hire another counselor to allow for a safe adult to camper ratio. If more than 8 kids are interested but not enough to cover an extra counselor, spots will be given on a first come, first served basis.
