Farmer Training

Phillies Bridge is part of the Hudson Valley Apprenticeship Program, a vocational training program, with a curriculum that emphasizes practical skill-building for aspiring professional farmers. The majority of an apprentice’s hours are spent learning by doing a variety of fieldwork.

Get to know
your farmers!

Getting to know your farmer means forming a real connection to the people who grow your food and care for the land. When you know where your food comes from and who grows it, eating becomes more meaningful and supporting local agriculture becomes personal.

Winter Share

The Phillies Bridge Winter CSA offers 20 weeks of vegetables featuring a mix of storage crops and fresh greens grown in our high tunnels. Members can expect a delicious variety of greens, herbs, roots, onions, garlic, and winter squash, with seasonality shaping each pickup: larger greens and lettuces in early winter, and smaller, specialty greens as the season deepens.

Each pre-packed share includes about 14 items. Flexible on-farm pickups are available Fridays and Saturdays.

Price: $575/season. Winter Shares are SOLD OUT for 25-26
