There are so many ways to be a part of the Phillies Bridge Community! Come lend a hand by volunteering at the farm, or feel free to donate certain items you might not need that are on our Farm Wish List.
Volunteer with Us
Help us tackle some projects on the farm! Volunteering is a great way to spend some time outside and learn a bit more about what goes in to making a farm run smoothly. Tasks will change throughout the season and can vary from harvesting veggies with the farm crew for CSA, seeding in our greenhouse, weeding in the fields to keep our plants thriving, and helping our CSA customers get their shares. We have some scheduled volunteer days you can see on our upcoming events page and also welcome you to come help out any time!

A few FAQs:

​All tools and materials for an activity will be provided (gloves, shovels, pruners, etc.), but feel free to bring your gear from home if you would like.

Please bring a refillable water bottle, a hat, and sunscreen if possible. We do have sunscreen and bug-spray available but the more prepared you are, the better!

Wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes, and comfy clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Check the weather before you get ready! It's always a good idea to bring rain gear or a change of clothes too, just in case.

When you get to the farm, check in at the office! We will have you sign a waiver, and then get started. We will go over what we are doing, and why, and are happy to answer any questions you may have as we work.
Farm Wish List
Most farms are always in need of a few random things... things that you might have hanging around your home and are looking to get rid of/donate! Always feel free to reach out to us if you have something you would like to donate but aren't sure if we would be interested. All donations are tax deductable.
A few things we are on the look out for right now:

Corrugated plastic pieces (for greenhouse siding/roofs, we are building a small education greenhouse for our summer camp!)

Close top plastic storage bins (for storing our seeds)

Table or desk (for our office)

Bookshelf/large shelving unit (for better organizing all our stored seeds)
