About the event
Learn the art of home canning, drying and preserving your garden bounty, produce from any
of our local farmers markets or even join Phillies Bridge CSA. Whichever you chose, we will
teach you how you can eat local food throughout the year. At each session you will benefit
from samples to taste, handouts; recipes and time for Q & A to help you become a
confident canner. Lessons are led by master canner and long time farm member Susan Loxley-Friedle
$25 per class, $20 for Phillies Bridge CSA members and camp families. If the cost of the workshop is prohibitive, please reach out to Food Justice Director Ella at foodjustice@philliesbridge.org . Please click here to register.
